How to use

Take 1 softgel daily with water, preferably with food. Use consistently, especially through the colder seasons. Capsules avoid the strong taste and the need to dilute.

Cautions: Oil of oregano is extremely strong and must always be diluted before use — never take or apply it neat. Adults only; not for internal use in children under 15.
