Natural Support for Respiratory Wellness & Immunity

Important: Asthma and other respiratory conditions are serious and need proper medical care. Nothing here is a treatment or a substitute for prescribed medication — never stop or change asthma medicine, and speak to your doctor before adding any supplement. The information below is general and educational only.
Natural products people use for respiratory & immune wellness
When the seasons change, many people reach for natural products to support general wellbeing and a healthy immune response. The most popular in our range:
- Black seed oil (Nigella sativa): a traditional favourite for everyday immune and respiratory wellness.
- Oregano oil (carvacrol): used for seasonal immune support.
- Bee propolis: traditionally used for throat comfort and immune support.
What the research explores
(General information — not medical advice, and not a claim to treat any condition.)
- Black seed (Nigella sativa) has been studied for respiratory and allergic wellness. Reviews describe antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and antihistaminic activity in experimental and some clinical studies, and a few small trials have explored its use alongside standard care in asthma and seasonal allergy. Evidence is still limited and it is not a replacement for asthma treatment.
- Oregano's carvacrol shows antioxidant and antimicrobial activity in laboratory studies.
- Propolis is traditionally used for throat and immune support, with antioxidant properties noted in research.
How people use them
- Black seed oil — 1 teaspoon daily, on its own or with honey.
- Wild oregano capsules or oregano oil (always diluted) — in short courses.
- Bee propolis — for everyday throat and immune support.
