Good to know

Raw and natural honey crystallises over time — that is a sign it has not been over-processed. Stand the jar in warm (not boiling) water to bring it back to a smooth pour.

Store in a cool, dry place with the lid closed. Do not refrigerate. Keep the spoon dry.
